ERIC K. COTTON, M.D.

Medical Director
Dr. Cotton is the sole owner of the company and has been the Medical Director and lead Radiologist since 2005. He is Dual Board Certified in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology by the American Board of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, and holds medical licenses in Florida, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
Dr. Cotton received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and furthered his credentials by completing a Nuclear Radiology Fellowship at Emory University.
Dr. Cotton is recognized as a lead professional resource in Florida within the specialty of PET/CT and PET radiology. His extensive experience in nuclear medicine and radiology provides physicians with precise diagnosis for treatment guidance in oncology and neurology cases.
YOUR STAFF
The Tampa location, formerly known as VyMed Diagnostic Imaging / Tampa has been in business since 2004. The Pinellas Park location, known as National Imaging Specialists, was added November of 2011. We are proud to be doing business as National Imaging Specialists serving patients in two locations – Pinellas Park and Tampa.
EACH staff member at both locations is exceptional in their area of expertise, offering many years of experience and education. ALL are dedicated to providing our patients and physicians with the highest level of care.
